Are SMU students more 'marketable'?

Five out of 10 Singapore Management University (SMU) students have already secured jobs at big companies, such as electronics giant IBM and investment bank Merrill Lynch.

Employers say that there seems to be a difference between SMU's graduates and those from the more established National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. Some bosses note that the SMU students are 'more communicative.'

Do you think SMU students have an advantage over those from other universities when hunting for jobs?
