I have not had a nightmare for years. Even managed a little scream while waking up.

Then I woke up wondering, what do adults like me do when they have nightmares. I used to run into my parents room and plopped right in the middle of them then just carry on sleeping. Just now, I just can't figure out what to do. And nope, I definitely cant go back to sleeping.
